Office Manager
& Patient Care Coordinator

Therapy In The City is currently accepting applications for an Office Manager and Patient Care Coordinator position. This role requires expertise in administrative skills, patient care management, and a high level of professionalism to support the practice's administrative leadership team.

  • Provide daily client-facing support via phone calls and emails related to scheduling, billing, and logistical queries

  • Manage new client inquiries, and supporting in the booking process

  • Respond to operational and administrative emails and communications

  • Support staff members scheduling to ensure effective management, client appointments, groups, and staff events 

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including talent searching, hiring, creating job postings, and updating website content as required

  • Administrative support for collaborations with other wellness companies and practitioners

  • Support clinical Leadership Team in practice related projects and growth

 

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree

Compensation:

• Experience dependent 

 

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 

 

Location:

• NY and FL offices

• Hybrid (In-person 1x/wk and remote 4x/wk)
