Clinical Supervisor

Therapy In The City is seeking to hire select Supervising Clinicians to oversee entry level clinicians and students, and to be a part of our small but growing leadership team. The Clinical Supervisor will provide support on a supervisory level by participating in teaching didactic seminars, overseeing 1-4 junior clinicians and/or ​master's level interns, and providing clinical therapy for a caseload of approximately 24 clients.

​

• Attend weekly leadership/supervisor's meeting with director clinical services and operations manager

• Partake in teaching weekly didactics, leading DBT consult, and in contributing to overall training program

• Supervise 1-4 junior clinicians and/or master's level interns, as well as overseeing and reviewing supervisee's work procedures

• Provide therapy for a caseload of 24 clinical hours/week 
• Conduct performance reviews, and ensure compliance, accuracy, and quality of clinical services and documentation
• Enhancing clinical operations by ensuring quality treatment is being provided by all clinicians that are being overseen

 

Experience:

• 3+ years clinical experience required

 

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 

 

Location:

• NYC office

• 3.5 days/week in person; 1.5 days/week remote
