What are your session fees? Our rates range from $175-$475 depending on the service, provider, and session length. We recognize that finances can be a great barrier to receiving care, therefore our clinicians offer sliding scale fees for those with financial need. We also provide superbills that can be submitted to insurance companies for out-of-network reimbursements.
-
Do clinicians offer phone coaching/between session support?Yes. We recognize that crises don’t typically occur within the scheduled therapy hour/s of the week and therefore offer phone and text support between sessions. It is our aim to help all clients generalize skills into everyday living.

How do I schedule a session? Can I book an appointment directly? If you're ready to book an appointment, feel free to use the yellow button to book directly through ZocDoc. What is a "sliding scale" rate?As part of our dedication to serve every individual seeking quality care, our practice incorporates "sliding scale," or reduced rates, to those with financial need. How does it work? Each of our clinicians has a designated number of sliding scale appointments designated in their calendars, and are offered to qualifying individuals based on availability. Sliding scale rates last for at least one (1) year. To find out if you qualify, please call our office at 646-494-2653. We strive for finances to never be the barrier of receiving therapy.

How do I know if Intensive Outpatient Therapy is right for me?If you feel that you’re still struggling significantly and that weekly therapy is not enough to help you achieve your immediate goals, our intensive program may be right for you. We help patients create change quickly, and will work with you on setting individualized goals for the duration of your program. Our intensive program is best suited for individuals struggling with significant depression, panic disorder, OCD, or anxiety, and for anyone who feels they are struggling to get through the motions of everyday life. What is the difference between therapy and coaching?Coaching and consultation services differ from standard therapy, and are typically geared toward individuals who either have an outside provider, or who are looking to make progress specifically in their career (corporate or entrepreneurial), social media, or performance related realms. Coaching is provided globally, and we work with individuals located across the US and the world.
