Kaylee Andrusier, LMSW

Staff Clinician

Kaylee is a dedicated clinician with a passion for supporting young adults, adults, and couples as they navigate life’s challenges. Kaylee specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, and couples work. Her approach to care is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques. These therapeutic modalities allow her to tailor interventions to each individual's needs, fostering resilience, personal growth and emotional well-being.

Prior to working in private practice, Kaylee gained extensive mental health experience working at Kings County’s Inpatient Psychiatric Facility, where she supported individuals in acute crisis. Kaylee also worked at NYU Langone’s medical oncology unit, and at a residential substance use treatment facility where she facilitated in the creation of recovery and relapse prevention programs. Her breadth of experience enriches her clinical skill and competence, and deepens her understanding of mental health challenges across the spectrum.

Outside of work, you will find Kaylee skiing in the winter, wake-boarding in the summer, and spending time with family and friends during every season. She is committed to continuously learning, and providing the best possible care for her clients. Kaylee is a firm believer in the power of a strong therapeutic alliance, and aims to create a safe and nurturing environment for each of her clients and couples to maximize their potential both inside and outside of the therapy space.
