WHAT IS DBT GROUP THERAPY?

DBT Groups are 90 minutes long, and occur on a weekly basis. DBT groups sequentially cover the following modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, & Interpersonal Effectiveness.

These are semi-closed groups. Admissions occur between modules for two weeks of ‘open group’ during which new members are invited to join. There may be additional open weeks not listed, so please call our office if you have questions about open dates and if/when we are inviting new members.  ​

WHAT IS OCD GROUP THERAPY?

The OCD Support Group is a space where those with OCD can come to find community and process the ups and downs of having OCD. Occasionally, treatment approaches are incorporated, such as ERP, CBT, and mindfulness skills to help challenge obsessions and compulsions in a supportive space. These groups are 90 minutes long and occur on a weekly basis.​

GROUP SCHEDULE & ADMISSIONS

Each group member signs up for one module course at a time. A module consists of Mindfulness plus a main module course (i.e., emotion regulation). Each module course lasts approximately 8-12 weeks; and the full group course runs for approximately 6 months. 

Rate: $125/group session (Sliding scale rates available, please call our office to find out if you are eligible.) ​
