Therapy in the City’s digital trainings are thoughtfully organized into three distinct tiers, designed to support clinicians at every stage of their professional development. Each tier offers access to carefully curated didactic video trainings, structured modules, and downloadable materials that allow you to engage deeply with evidence-based concepts, revisit key teachings, and continue learning at a pace that fits your evolving practice.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, these tiers reflect the natural progression of clinical growth, from ongoing foundational learning, to core skill mastery, to advanced specialization. Whether you are strengthening essential tools, building long-term clinical confidence, or developing expertise in complex modalities, each tier is designed to meet you where you are and support meaningful, intentional growth.
Tier 4 is the complete training experience. Including all videos from every tier, biannual supervision with our founder, and full access to the Therapy In The City community. For the clinician who doesn’t just want to learn, but wants to belong.
Digital, tiered CE-style trainings for therapists, covering CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and related evidence-based approaches, led by Aliza Shapiro and the team.
Practicing clinicians and mental health professionals looking to strengthen clinical skills, not clients seeking therapy for themselves.
Tier 1 (Weekly Didactic Training), Tier 2 (CBT & DBT Foundations — 12 core trainings), Tier 3 (Immersive DBT Skills Training), and Tier 4 (Master Library & Community, including biannual supervision with the founder).
All videos across every tier, biannual supervision with founder Aliza Shapiro, and full access to the Therapy In The City clinical community.
They’re structured as didactic video trainings and downloadable modules, allowing clinicians to learn and revisit material at their own pace, alongside a weekly live-style Tier 1 offering.
The site doesn’t specify CE accreditation directly — contact the practice at info@therapyinthecity.org to confirm CE eligibility in your state before enrolling.
