Claire is Therapy In The City’s Manager of Operations, based in Boston, MA.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Biomedical Sciences from Syracuse University and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Suffolk University. Claire brings a diverse background spanning clinical care, research, healthcare administration, financial and clinical operations, strategic growth, and administrative leadership, with professional experience across healthcare, MedTech, and Biotech startups.

Claire’s early clinical experience at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute provided her with a strong foundation in patient-centered care, clinical research, and the intersection of healthcare and evidence-based practice. She continues to maintain a close relationship with Suffolk University, where she partners with the university to guest-teach and lead presentations on topics related to healthcare operations, leadership, and her professional experience.

In her role at Therapy In The City, Claire supports both the day-to-day operations of the practice and its long-term vision and growth. She first partnered with Therapy In The City in 2025, supporting administrative and growth initiatives, marketing efforts, and the launch of The Library, Therapy In The City’s continuing education program. Since joining the operations team full time, she has continued to bring a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to the organization.

Claire’s broad experience across clinical, academic, research, and business settings, combined with her genuine passion for psychology and mental health, allows her to support the continued growth and success of Therapy In The City while helping foster a warm, thoughtful, and empathetic experience for clients and clinicians alike.
