Standard outpatient therapy sessions are 50 minutes and offered in person or via our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. After your initial intake, you’ll be thoughtfully matched with a therapist based on your concerns and preferences.

Our clinicians are trained in CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches, creating personalized treatment plans aligned with your goals. Therapy length varies: short-term therapy often leads to noticeable progress within 12–16 weeks, while long-term therapy supports ongoing emotional processing and personal growth.
